We’re In Love!
We’ve been together for 14 years, and we got married in June of 2019. We’ve been through a lot together. From being acquaintances in high school band, to becoming close friends on a van trip as teenagers among mutual friends to attend Lollapalooza, to young love in our early 20’s, to owning a dog together, to a surprise proposal in pj’s while watching Christmas movies, to Mark being Megan’s rock when she battled for her health and healed from many surgeries, to building a business together, to marrying each-other in 2019, to running a thriving business together, to parenting our beautiful daughter, and to building a life where we continue to stay adventurous.

In 2011, when we were practically kids and newly dating, we found a lost little creature in the middle of a dark, traffic-filled street. When this doggie eagerly hopped into Megan’s lap, we had never seen this cartoon-like breed before, and we thought to ourselves, “Is this even a dog?!” Animal control informed us that she was in fact, a puggle, and not an alien being. Now, 11 years later, our sweetie, Ellie, has grown with us, helped us mature, and been by our sides for our most memorable days (including as Flower Girl at our wedding).
In June of 2020, our most surreal and monumental adventure yet began when our vivacious baby, Sloane Elise, was born. At just a year and a half old, she already has a laugh that fills a room like both of her parents. She’s a ham for the camera, and enjoys putting on a show. Like both of us, she’s inquisitive, and a little stubborn. She likes to point her finger at you when she eats as if to say, “You know I'm the boss of you, right?” Her name, Sloane, means, “warrior",” so we wouldn’t expect any different.
