“Do you specialize more in photography or videography?”

We are equally proficient with photography and videography, and we are equipped to provide outstanding results for both services. We have a solid foundation, with years of experience in visual media. We consistently work to elevate our skillset to deliver high-quality content to our clients.

“Do you customize wedding packages or offer a-la-carte options?”

Yes! We are happy to customize packages to fit your needs. We collaborate with couples to seek the best way to tell their unique story. Be sure to ask for a menu of a-la-carte offerings to add to packages.

“Do you meet with couples before their wedding”

Yes! We prefer to meet with couples in person to chat over coffee. We also offer phone, FaceTime, or Zoom consultations when it’s more convenient for our clients.

“How long does it take to get our photos and videos back?”

For weddings, it takes 4-12 weeks to receive your full photo gallery or longer format videos, though, typically within a week of the event we have a few select teaser photos or videos ready. For a standard photography session, it takes about 1 week to deliver photos. Video delivery times vary according to the depth of the project. It is both important that we deliver in a timely manner and complete your project to perfection.

“Are you insured? Do you have any special certifications?”

We have business liability insurance. We are both FAA-certified drone pilots. Upon request, documentation can be sent to your venue or coordinator.

“Do you require a deposit and contract to book a date? Do you offer payment plans?”

We do require a retainer and a signed contract in order to book the requested date. We also offer payment plans.
